Ardis is an Ardia variant that can be found in Mama Tree, Forward Base and Dark Forest Outpost. They originally appeared as part of the 2019 Forest Expedition. When the expedition areas became permanent, they returned.
Ardis's time used to be 7 minutes, and was decreased to 5 minutes in early October 2023.
Lore[]
Twilight, dusk, and dawn attracted another glowing color! The Ardis is a fuchsia flyer, and even though I’ve seen them at other times of the day and night, they seem to gather most around those little moments when it’s not quite one or the other. They also fly higher, almost halfway up trees. I was going to let it sting me, to see how it differed from the others, but Nabia nudged me aside. Apparently they’re slightly poisonous to most beings, and the side effects are eyes and hair that glow... (I went back outside to *ahem* test this.)
