Artux is a creature in the City of Light. They are unlocked after the City of Light side quest: Payment for Chronicles (4/10).

It's easy to see that Artux must have been an amazing warrior—we called her from her statue and she emerged ready to fight. I wish I could have met both of her wives, too, I'd love to see the how the three of them interacted. I'm also glad we talked with her before talking with Maliki. She was able to explain the true history of her deal with Maliki. It must have taken a lot of courage for them to forge ahead with their plan, and I hope she doesn't blame herself for all the deaths at the castle.
