Begala was a creature that was first available during the River Expedition. They can now be found in the Raina Surface Camp.

If there's anyone here having the most fun, I'm going to place a bet on Begala. The Raina child's currently running around on land with a lit sparkler in their hand, waving the light so that it writes their name (and other words) in the sky. I guess they're fascinated with it since there's not much that be fired up underwater. The closest thing I can imagine is the underwater torch that Kuyurata in Balance invented and sells. I'll find some more fireworks and set the child up with a challenge - they look like they'll appreciate a colorful, dramatic flare.
