Bounty from Waute is a side quest in the Dragon Lair. It is available when the area first opens.
This quest first appeared during the Festival of Oge Mai. If you completed it then, it will not appear in the Dragon Lair. If you picked the quest up, but did not complete it, the objectives and rewards changed when the Festival was integrated into the main game.
