Bruja Fear Treading is a side quest in Three Points Crossing.
It first appeared during the Festival of Oge Mai. If you completed it then, it will not appear in Three Points Crossing. If you picked the quest up, but did not complete it, the objective and reward changed when the Festival was integrated into the main game.
It is the second quest in a two-part chain.

I don't mind that recently, more Yasri have been spotted instead of Bruja. Honestly, it's easier to counter physical attacks than magical, Dust-infused ones. The main problem with Yasri is not just them being well protected, but that pact they've made with Dust. It doesn't weaken them as it does to everything else in the Valley. Still... not worth it.
