Notice that the requirements don't mention that you'll need to beat 1-2 Nezthai for every Buholi you want to fight. Pace yourself.

The Buholi in the Tall Trees are worked up over something, but I can't tell what the problem is. All I know is that 10 of them keep sky circling in the sky and dive-bombing other Dust Warriors that come to the area. I'm hoping all I need to do is defeat them - and watch out for Buhovi and Buhinis!
