Chysis is a creature available in the Spells Dungeon. It cannot be battled or equipped as a Familiar unless first purchased from the Assembly Hall's Familiars Market.
It first appeared during the Aurilis Magic Academy Event.
Lore[]
Deep in the dungeons is a small little sprit that flits around, interested in almost anything. Chysis loves to hang out with other students since it likes falling down rabbit holes and can be super absorbed with new ideas. To be fair, students like hanging out with this familiar since it talks about all the things it knows and we can soak up a lot of knowledge that way. I like Chysis, especially since they enjoy sharing things they think are awesome, such as random bits of trivia and facts. (One of them was worth a bonus point in class!)

After purchasing Chysis as a Familiar, Dust Warriors gain access to multiple new quests in the Spells Dungeon. The majority of these are additional Red Dungeon quest chains and can be seen without having to equip Chysis as your active companion. Another, SDB4: Familiars & Focus (1/2), cannot be seen until Chysis has been equipped.
