Creatures in the Clouds![] |

I'm not sure if there are similar ecosystems in the sky as below, but I'm finding out that there are a few animals living here (in addition to the beings). I think I'm going to take a stroll around and see how many different creatures I can find. It'll be a nice way to adjust to the atmosphere up here.

Slow, Relaxing Days[] |

While there are always things that need to be done, several of the cloud beings feel there are days that need to be spent relaxing, too. I'm going to talk to Onak, Jatus, and Tiernaw and see what all three can teach me about letting go of my stress for a little bit and just enjoying some slow, relaxing days.

Unlocks Blue vs. Pink (2/2) |

When setting up scrimmages, the cloud beings like to split into teams of pink and blue. For this game I'm on Pink's side, which means I'm up against any of Team Cloud that's sporting blue, such as Alkonis, Onak, and Briati. They're all formidable opponents, but I'm ready to test my attack, defense, and luck against experienced Sky Tournament players!

The scrimmages continue with blue versus pink (no, it's not the same thing). This time I'm up against Jatus, Nimbbit, and Tiernaw. I'll be extra cautious fighting Jatus (since he's Alkonis' mentor, I feel he'll be harder to beat). On the other hand, since beating team blue was easy enough, I don't think I'll have any trouble defeating team pink.

Ultimate Ultra Ulatha[] |

There are quests, adventures to go on, and QUESTS, adventures that are large enough to pick you up and pull you onto the journey. Ulatha is the strongest Team Cloud member I could find, and I've just challenged him to a total of ten fights. This might take a while, but I'm confident I'll be the victor of this challenge!

Alkonis created a cloud version of the Valley's Wignows and I've got to say, they look pretty cute. It's a little strange not to see leaves, but I'm more curious if they behave in the same way that the Valley Wignows do. I think about 10 fights should collect enough information (and let me keep my shoes on my feet)!

Alkonis's Inaugural Quest[] |
|
|
|

Alkonis was chosen for Team Clouds due to her way with cloud magic, transforming and creating new creatures such as Harka and Liski. Jatus (his mentor) thought that her energy would be beneficial and spark battle confidence for future Team Cloud victories in Sky Tournaments. Well, that in addition to the energy a massive influx of Dust Warriors can bring.

Starting a new adventure is always so exciting! I can’t wait to see the creatures and places I’ll discover within the clouds! This will be a test of strength and endurance, going for 50,000 words, but I know I have other Dust Warriors here cheering me on towards my goal, and a starry cape waits for me at the end.

The second level of Sky Tournament championship is to push beyond 50,000 words, aiming for what's called a Double Strike (probably named after a Team Tempest move). It'll take planning, making sure my time is protected, and a bit more of a push than what I normally do—I think I'll be able to do it though! Time to write!

The final level stacks another 50,000 words for a total of 150,000 words. It's a hard goal. It'll take planning. Strength. Motivation. More than a smidge of luck. But, I'm going to do my best. The good thing is, even if I don't write the full amount, I'll still be victorious with all the words I wrote and battles I won.

Warrior vs. Cloud[] |

|
|

As I was walking in the sky (and wow, I never thought I'd say anything like that) beings from Team Cloud popped up and asked if I would consider a challenge from them: defeat each Team Cloud being in combat to gain a wardrobe reward. I really hope Alkonis doesn't craft new creatures halfway through though, the Wignows are enough.

Gain the Chestplate[] |
|
|

Team Cloud has let it be known that they have a battle item ready to be won by any Dust Warrior that can defeat Ulatha three times. I'm going to take them up on that challenge, but, I find it a little odd that not a single other being on the team wears chest plates for practice, Tournaments, or even battle...

There is a mentor-apprentice relationship going on within Team Cloud, one involving experienced Jatus and newer Alkonis, and I think I'm going to take advantage of the situation. I should be able to learn more about strategy and be able to practice it... two battles with Jatus and four battles with Alkonis will help me remember the lessons learned here.

One of the best ways to get involved with each Sky Tournament is to cheer, but there's actually an unofficial quest involving every one of the teams; defeat each of the lead cheerers 10 times. There's an addendum to the unwritten rules that says the victor of the match must cheer at the end, but I'm going to ignore that.
