Dr. Hogglevoss is an alien creature available at the Research Lab.
They first appeared during the 2019 NaNo Meteoroid event. They then returned during the 2020 Meteoroid Expedition.
Lore[]
Dr. Hogglevoss introduced himself by shouting that he was the voice sending out messages, and that he was extremely glad to see that we'd gotten his. As he spoke, crackles of electric energy sparked around his head, and one hand moved quickly over a light document. When he focused on a flashing notification, I craned my neck to read the book he was holding (luckily the language changed for me): I'm a Scientist, Not a Repairman! He saw me, quirked a bushy eyebrow, and smiled, his mustache moving independently of his mouth. "Remember, 3S for victory: science, strategy, and skills!"
