Dust Lodo is a monster available in the Purple Gate, unlocked after Purple Gate main quest 6: A Fearful Path. He disappears when you turn in Purple Gate main quest 7: Fighting the Water.

I stepped back, quick enough to hear whistling as his staff descended where my head had just been. Lodo's way was to use the environment, swaying and bending in ways that grew his reach when he used his staff. Fluid...exactly like the river he'd grown up in. The smell of swampy water settled around us; he attacked again. Quick thrusts were waves trying to drown me, but as I escaped Lodo was there. I fled into a sky environment; false footing, tricky limbs, and windy gusts. I may have to fight him, but that didn't mean giving him the advantage.
