Dust Suwö is a monster at the Purple Gate, unlocked after Purple Gate main quest 8: Fighting the Flame. He disappears after you turn in Purple Gate main quest 9: Fighting the Mountain.

Slamming his hammer down split the ground into pieces; I stared in awe as his Dust danced in intricate patterns. This was Suwö as his opponents faced him, and a sudden moment of sympathy ran through me. Sarcastic eyes were replaced by rage and he, it looked, was lost more to frenzy than the Dust consuming him. It pierced his back, laced the froth at his mouth, and shone through old scars. I wouldn't be able to use the environment against him—Suwö's strength broke trees and shattered stone. One hit would end it... which meant attacking was my only choice.
