The Dust Witch appears in Gansu Watering Hole only during Gansu main quest 8: Dust to Dust. She is one of the Disappearing Monsters: after turning in the quest, she will vanish.
Her word count was decreased from 1,200 to 1,000 in mid March 2024, with the timer decreasing from 400 to 120 minutes. In addition, her XP and drops were altered.
