Finoir is a creature that was first available during the 2019 Meteoroid. It was unlocked after the community quest: Words to Release Finoir. It then moved permanently to Tall Trees, so Dust Warriors could complete the Finish Them! quest after the event ended.

I saw another Fin, and while the first one was built for mining, this one looks as if it was built for trouble. Or, more precisely, made to end trouble. Its talons and beak are wickedly sharp, and there are thick hooks on the edges of its wings that latch onto an enemy, not letting go until they agree that the battle's over. Judging by Lombri lying nearby, the two lines around its bottom are to inject a poison if it finds itself at a disadvantage. Finoir turned to me, and I gulped, then did my best to look friendly.
