Frizi, Fun, & Family is a side quest in Three Points Crossing. It is available when Three Points Crossing first opens.
It first appeared during the Festival of Oge Mai. If you completed it then, it will not appear in Three Points Crossing. If you picked the quest up, but did not complete it, the objective and reward changed when the Festival was integrated into the main game.

I think someone needs to write a book about Frizi, there's so much to learn about them! For instance, I watched two Frizi spin and flutter about, creating a tune of sunshine and air currents for the single Frizi watching them. Is this why Frizi swarm, because it makes it easier to find someone loving the dance they enjoy performing?
