Galaxy Whodini is a Whodini variant available in the Observatory. It first appeared as part of the Aurilis Magic Academy Event during the Full Moon Ceremony.

Galaxy Whodini is putting its near-invisible wings to amazing use, sweeping through the hallways and in through the forest looking for students who seem to be struggling with class assignments. Now that they have the knowledge and motivation, they've assigned themselves as guardians of the known galaxy. I saw one in action the other day, swooping down and helping a Dust Warrior understand how to transmute spellfire into stardust. It's pretty neat that they're becoming tutors. I've also seen a few lucky people holding one of the feathers from around the tuft at their neck, but I don't know why.
