Ghost Azadi is a monster in the Cave and Azadi variant, unlocked after Cave main quest 4: Discuss with Shadow. He disappears when you turn in Cave main quest 5: It was Like Lightning.
Starting in late 2024, Ghost Azadi was available immediately upon unlocking the Cave, but this appears to be a temporary error. They still disappear after the quest noted above.

Azadi in the throes of sadness was a sight that made me instantly want to ruffle his ears and whisper promises that everything would be fine. Hunched over, he clutched at his left arm but I don't think it was injured... I think he was giving himself the tactile support he needed to keep holding onto his sword. I stepped before him, waiting as pale eyes rose to meet mine. He needed me, before he completely lost his fire, and if he said a fight might be able to help them, then I was going to fight tooth and claw.
