Ghost Suwö is a Suwö variant monster in the Cave, unlocked after Cave main quest 2: Talk with Shadow. He disappears when you turn in Cave main quest 3: Sharpening Stubborn Stones.
Starting in late 2024, Ghost Suwö was available immediately upon unlocking the Cave, but this appears to be a temporary error. He still disappears after the quest noted above.

Suwö stood before me, the opposite of when Dust had taken over. Here sadness and despair radiated from him instead of rage and wrath. This was a shadow of the Sibawense and yet... it was still him. Sure, his rope wristguards were loose and he clutched a small fragment from what remained of his massive shield, but this was the being who'd defended Mama Tree Station. Who'd thwarted a poisonous attack from a 7 Moon Clan Bruja. Who'd worked with me to save the River Goddess. I readied myself for a fight, one different from before but just as important.
