Gobkey

Gobkey is a creature available in the Guardian's Liar. Battling the Gobkey is the only source of Gobkey Trinkets.

Gobkey was one of the winning creatures in the Discover Your Own Monster event during the 2019 Forest Expedition, where Dust Warriors were invited to design their own monster.

When something has Dust-colored horns and fangs, I'm going to remain wary... and that's what I faced when a Gobkey stole Tesven's amulet from me. I tugged on my boots as it scampered away, but through trees and stone, I caught up when it stopped in a sunny clearing, digging a hole to bury my treasure in. I paused. Something was off... its shadow! Its shadow was three times as big! I let out a shout, and the shadow glared. It grabbed the amulet and shoved it in a little belly pouch - almost daring me to come and get it.

A mysterious monster keeps appearing deep within the Guardian's Lair; Nabia called it "Gobkey." Honestly, when I saw it, I thought the cave was playing tricks on me - it's much larger shadow moves independently! Almost as if it has a mind of its own, or if it's really in control...
