Gullio is a creature available in the Observatory.
They first appeared during the Aurilis Magic Academy Event.
Lore[]
Astrology is the study of moons, stars, and suns to figure out their effects on our lives, and I have to say, it's very easy to see how the shifting positions affect Gullio. The most obvious is the moon at the end of their cap. It'll change during the waning and waxing phases, and disappear completely during the new moon phase. As for the stars under the cap's rim, I've seen the minor stars change places, but the bigger, major stars have stayed the same since I first saw Gullio. Finally, I think that sun represents their current energy levels.
