It's Bigger Inside is a side quest picked up in Luciola Forest. It is unlocked by the Three Points Crossing main quest 2: Just Another Brick. You must return to Three Points Crossing to compete it.

Consider coming back to this one later. You may well find that in the process of grinding other quests, you get a lot of the raw materials for this almost accidentally. Though if you have a lot of Wooden Chests you can't open, this might be worth prioritizing.
Sandstone can be crafted in Three Points Crossing at Blacksmith Barliar.
Or you can get 1 sandstone from a Golden Chest opened in Three Points Crossing

The Rulo is the main creature to fight here. It is the best source in Three Points crossing for stone, raw sandstone, and raw steel. So it's easiest to get all three of those craft items from one creature.

Alex came up to me and whispered that they had a project, but it that needed a little help from me. After I followed them 'round his shop's corner (the turtle didn't even glance at me), they hopped up on a tree trunk to look me in the eyes. Apparently they've been selling a lot more items to people further abroad, taking in Lorsa messages, and so Alex thinks it's time for them and Bruce to have a warehouse. That'll let the two of them handle even more orders, and get even more customers. The life of sales I suppose.
