Kiru is a creature found in Three Points Crossing, Gansu Watering Hole and Riza.
It was a part of the Festival of Oge Mai and the Caretaker's Garden event.
Kiru's word count used to be 250, and was decreased to 50 in mid March 2024, with the timer decreasing from 25 to 4 minutes. In addition, its XP and drops were slightly altered.

Three Points Crossing is hot, and early it was even hotter when I fought a Kiru. One of the Bruja threw down a glass container, and it released an angry fire elemental when it broke. Suwö explained that originally a Kiru was a soul, but after being tricked into entering the prison, they are so enraged that they turn into flames. On the plus side, battles with them are quick since they're not that interested in fighting. Are the souls people from the 7 Moon Clan? Or are they creature souls? It makes my heart hurt to thinking about it.
Historical Lore[]
The Kiru are souls trapped inside glass prisons. 7 Moon Clan Brujas trap these spirits in glass shells that release them, and the flames they have burned into, when broken. The elemental isn't free until the battle they were chosen for is over, this usually causes their fights to be rather quick. Beware of finding an elemental without a glass prison, they will do quick work of you if you haven't had the magical preparation required.

Before mid March 2024, Kiru dropped Dust, Raw Stone and Glass Shards, in addition to 47 XP.
During the Festival of Oge Mai, Kiru also dropped Festival of Oge Mai Tokens.
During the Caretaker's Garden event, they also dropped Rescued Seeds.
