Tactics[]
- As always, tactics sections may include spoilers and speculation. Proceed with all due caution.
Definitely pick up Mischievous Baby Ducks and Lining Up Ducks before chasing those little quackers around for the community challenge!
If you're short on questbook slots you can finish Mischievous Baby Ducks before picking up Tired Caretakers Unite! and finishing out Lining Up Ducts.
1,125 words after your ATK bonus will suffice for beating three of each duckling, and 1,800 for two of each parent, so 2,925 for the entire event, matching the prediction previously poster here of "around or under 3K in total."
For people with severe schedule challenges who want to achieve 100% completion:
- Pick up all three quests
- Do at least the three Tian battles (that's only 300 words!)
- Queue up three each of the other two ducklings and two each of the parents
- Doing a few of these battles will let you queue spares for what remains in case of interruption-related battle losses
