Quest Tactics[]
Pick this up as it pleases you. Just remember that you may at one point want 1,000 River Stones or more, and you may regret spending any before that sum is accrued. (The weapons you can craft with the River Stones are beautiful.)
River Grass and River Stone can be found in Stone Chests in Riza Rivertown.

Kyiat found me, and after demanding to know how far I've traveled, was delighted to hear that I've made it to Riza Rivertown. She's been pestering Alex to build a small dam behind her house, but they don't have the materials, so she needs me to get the River Grass and River Stone. I wonder if she's going to get them to build a traditional Jaihri dam, or if Alex has a different design that he's going to want to make? Hopefully she's not going to ask me to bring her a Patliadu or two as stock for her pond...
