Llowse is a monster available in the Raina Sacred Site.
It first appeared during the River Festival.

Most Dust Warriors don't think of watery areas as having their own gardens, but one of the Gardeners has been set on a path to make sure the coral, kelp, and river grass are healthy, vibrant, and are helping absorb as much Dust as possible. They have a close relationship with Quia and will develop an even closer bond with the currents they choose to walk in. An interesting thing about them is that they wear their journeys on their outer shells (a lot like Dust Warriors wearing loot that they've won). It's nice to have them on our side.
