Piecing Together Lore is a Hunt for the Ancients quest. It first appeared in the 2022 Season of Hope in late January. It can be picked up in the Elder Library after completing the first season of the hunt. It is the first in a five-part quest chain:

The Curator, Ancient of Hope, decided that each Ancient will be better off building a relationship with Dust Warriors piecing together the discovered armor sets, and they'll work with me in Mama Tree. Now, I will need to defeat two Assassins, two Villagers, and Velts twice—representing discord, distractions, and discipline. I feel Velts can honestly represent each of those.
