Pymel is a creature available in the Academy Library. It first appeared during the release of Year Two classes at the Aurilis Magic Academy.

The Pymel are very small, very annoying bugs looking around for any spare pieces of fluff to carry off. The problem I have with them is that their tail will tickle the back of my neck and I'll think it's something more dangerous than a thimble-headed soon-to-be-squished annoyance. Something fun to do with its thimble though, is attach a magnet to it. Then the metal weighs too much and the bug is flipped upside down, where its little needle legs kick to try and flip it back onto it's correct side. Fun fact! The needles with color hold larva!
