This version of the Raina Surface Camp area became available in spring 2018 (when the Floating City of Balance first opened). It was later removed to make way for the River Expedition. At that time, once unlocked, all the quests and Kedanus' Surface Goods appeared in Riza Rivertown instead of opening this area. Now, this area has been incorporated into the Raina Expedition Area.
This version of the Surface Camp (or, more recently, the quests and shop here) was unlocked with the Infected Raina Camp side quest in Riza Rivertown.
(Not to be confused with the Raina Surface Camp, which is the permanent expedition area after Riza Rivertown. Also not to be confused with the Raina Surface Camp (Expedition Version), which was the area during the River Expedition event.)
