Rokris is a creature found in the Underwater Foundations.
It first appeared during the River Festival.

It's clear to see that upstream creatures have spent their life around the Dark Forest Outpost. They focus mainly on feeding their hunger, are usually on the attack, and are colored like Dust. It's worrisome considering how much they've absorbed. Rokris is a perfect example. I can't see how it looks around since there aren't any obvious eyes, but I can confirm very precise aim with those Dust crystals at the end of its appendages. Trust me. They sting and burn, even underwater. Nabia mentioned that the clean crystal surface gave a hint how repelling the Dust can affect life.
