Sliv is a creature available in the Floating City of Balance after Balance main quest 1: Help From A Master.
Before May 2024, Sliv required 1 Water Mask to battle. It now has no requirements.
Also in May 2024, its word count was decreased from 550 to 300, with the timer decreasing from 45 to 15 minutes. In addition, its XP and drops were altered.

The single slipperiest creature I've come across so fair is the Sliv. Especially stealthy in water, it snuck up on me as I swam. I berated myself for letting it get the upper hand, but then I saw that another one had attached to my Water Mask, turning half that distinctive blue and half brown. Testing a thought, I gently peeled it off and put it next to my Underwater Torch, where it turned a bright and fiery red. It can't camouflage completely... once seen it was easy to spot again. But that trick probably makes it easier to survive.
