Studying Space Scientists is a side quest on the Spaceship. It cannot be completed until you've opened all four areas of the meteoroid. It was available during the Meteoroid Expedition event, so if you completed it then, it will not be available.
It is the second of a three-part quest chain (the "part 2 of 2" is a lie):
