Tzari is a creature in the Dawn Area. They were first available as part of the Sky Tournament.

Tzari is one of the most graceful Dawn athletes, an inventive engineer dancing her way to victory. Her giant net gives her an advantage in melee, but a single twist of the handle brings glass fragments together to allow for ranged magnification attacks. With over a hundred inventions to her name, tournaments are never dull when Tzari's in play. For example, after her cloud controller was deemed an illegal weapon (due to rules limiting overpowered equipment), she modified it to become the metallic hair clip at the end of her long puffs. "Gotta get up early to catch the clouds!"
