The Upgraded Steel Fishing Rod is an item used to catch several fish creatures. Unlike the old Steel Fishing Rod, Dust Warriors do not need a new Upgraded Steel Fishing Rod every time they battle a creature, as it is not consumed upon use. They only need to buy it once to unlock the ability to fight these creatures.
