I met Vinstacio while he was wearing his scepter and green crown, calling out for Dust Warriors to line up. He explained to me that while he was a Ringmaster at heart, he had been persuaded by Skuppa to test his battle prowess against eager Dust Warriors. The 2018 Carnival had been a fun event to lead, but lately, he's been a little bored, so when Skuppa suggested joining the Shrine of Ages for a bit, Vinstacio agreed. It'll be good for Valley warriors to test themselves against his speed and agility. I wonder if he also uses that scepter...
