Water Rudakai is a creature available in the Floating City of Balance after completing the Balance main quest 5: The Water Calls. It is a Rudakai variant. It requires 3 Reinforced Ropes, which are removed from the inventory.
Its word count was decreased from 1600 to 1200 in mid May 2024, with the timer decreasing from 400 to 120 minutes. In addition, its drops were altered.

Rudakai were always greeted with respect in Luciola Forest, and when I happened upon a Water Rudakai, it was nice to see a little piece of home following me on my journey. This one's very different from the ones I saw in Luciola and the desert. Smelling of salted Puna, there are silver streams curving their way down frost-blue fur, and when I reached out to touch one, the "fire" was actually small bits of moving ice. The other odd thing was that when I tried talking, none of my questions were answered... unless you call spitting water an answer?
